The employer's perspective 

In 2020, the Career Services Network Switzerland, successfully conducted the project “Swiss Career Survey” with over 9,000 participating students across Switzerland. Topics included e.g. the competencies, interests and values of the students as well as the employability and top employers.

Now, the Career Services Network Switzerland is interested in gaining more insights from an employer’s perspective: which competencies and interests are sought? Which work-related values should an ideal candidate have? What makes you attractive as an employer?
