CSNCH Vision Statement.

Foreword
Career Services* build the bridge between universities and the labor market. They help to ensure that academically trained talents in Switzerland can quickly develop their potential. Career Services thereby contribute directly to the added value of university education and thus make a direct contribution to the satisfaction of graduates and to Switzerland's social and economic prosperity.

* We use the term Career Services for the institution within an university which is responsible in preparing the students for the transition into the professional career.

For the members (Career Services Employees)
CSNCH is the expert organization for Career Services experts in Switzerland.
It sets standards for good Career Services work, provides its members with expertise and thus contributes to the recognition of professional Career Services work at universities.

For the students*
CSNCH is committed to promoting the transition skills of graduates at all levels, strengthening cooperation between universities and employers and recognizing the work of Career Services at universities.

*We also include early-stage alumni as our target group, as many graduates start their career engagement after graduation.

For the universities
We aim to establish a nationally recognized network of Career Services that strengthens the bridge between education and the job market through collaborative partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and government entities.

*We also enable Career Services to become strategic partners in raising university attractivity by increasing student employability.

For Switzerland
It thus strengthens the members and the individual universities, but also the Career Services sector and Switzerland as a location.

Membership is open to all Career Services staff at universities that are members of Swissuniversities. Become a member of the network, take advantage of the opportunities that arise from joint activities and shape the community with your ideas! The CSNCH has now more then 80 members and is the biggest community of Career Services-experts in Switzerland.
